I know, with so many books and TBRs threatening to crush us when they fall, you have to really be interested in a book to pick it up. This wasn’t bad and as I said, Tennyson probably hits all the right buttons for some people, just not for me.

Eh, I trust you more. Several of the people that gave this good ratings on GR are people I don’t trust, review-wise. So I think I’ll stick with my previous assessment unless I run out of things to read… like that’ll ever happen!

Yes, he did have some real abilities, more like a feeling he would get, or he could sense when Kristian was in his apartment, but he uses the other information to “amp up” his powers. I know lots of people really liked this one and found Tennyson hilarious, but I think it would have been funnier if he’d been less arrogant and just more eccentric, for me. *shrug*

Ehhh, I wasn’t really interested in this one from the blurb anyway, so I probably won’t read it. Plus, I do believe in real psychics, so the thought that he might have some actual powers or whatever but still cheats pisses me off!
